As a Dispatcher reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include optimizing delivery schedules and handling logistical challenges. You will supervise loading and unloading, ensuring adherence to safety practices. Delivering high-quality customer service will be integral to your role, along with efficient communication with both drivers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate job allocations and schedule equipment deliveries

• Supervise driver off-duty compliance with Federal regulations

• Ensure safe loading and unloading of equipment

• Maintain compliance with HSE safety procedures

• Manage customer inquiries and information flow

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications

• Knowledge of federal HOS regulations necessary

• Prior dispatch or supervisory experience preferred

• Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities
