Local and overnight Class 1 Delivery Driver; Ponoka

Overview

Looking for an experienced Class 1 Truck Driver for local deliveries and long haul. Overnight trips required to Western Canada. 2 to 3 nights away during the week. Weekends off. Position is available immediately. Excellent wage (Negotiable).

• Perform local deliveries and long-haul driving as assigned.
• Complete log books and electronic logging devices; understand hours of service.
• Chaining up when required.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and be mechanically inclined.

• Class 1 Licence with an abstract showing 5 years of Class 1 employment.
• Knowledge of central Alberta is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with log books, electronic logs, and hours of service.
• Preference will be given to drivers local to the Ponoka area.
• Experience:
  
  Class 1 – 5 years (required).
• Language:
  English (required).
