What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our services, consistently aligning with our Core Values and living the Westview Co-op brand. Your responsibilities will include:
Adhering to and promoting Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety ProgramDelivering professional, people-first Guest service, embodying our “You’re at Home Here” brand promisePerforming general fuel deliveries in a safe and timely mannerDispensing fuel in accordance with safety and operational standardsAssisting with preload planning to ensure efficient delivery routesFertilizer/Seed DeliveryConducting light truck maintenance as neededLifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs.Supporting other projects and assignments as required to support team successWhy it matters:

Who You Are
We are seeking a positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow. This is a part-time, as-needed position to support holiday coverage and peak seasonal demands, particularly during seeding and harvest. Availability for weekends and shift work is required as needed. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of Integrity, Community, and Teamwork, and demonstrate the following:
A professional, people-first approach to guest serviceMinimum of 2 years of driving experiencePossession of a valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 1 preferred)Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environmentExperience with liquid hauling is considered an asset
Requirements:
