Position: Seasonal Labourer with Ledcor Highways
Help maintain Alberta’s highways with Ledcor Highways Ltd. as a Seasonal Labourer. Ideal candidates possess a Class 5 license and a commitment to safety and community.

This role requires you to perform essential highway maintenance tasks across various Alberta locations. You will assist with crack sealing, flagging, and traffic control while working outside in all weather conditions. Flexibility for shift work and on-call duties is necessary, making local applicants preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform crack sealing and asphalt patching

• Assist with traffic control procedures

• Maintain and clean maintenance equipment

• Execute various road maintenance tasks

• Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Clear 3-year driver's abstract

• Physically fit for demanding outdoor tasks

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required

• Previous flagging or Traffic Controller experience preferred
