As a Ready-Mix Driver, you will be responsible for the operational side, including maintaining cleanliness and performing inspections on your vehicle. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections consistently

• Maintain strong customer relationships across multiple deliveries

• Ensure effective and efficient navigation for deliveries

• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams

• Commit to health and safety standards while driving

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Class 3Q (Air Brakes) or Class 1Q license needed

• Prior construction and heavy equipment experience

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• Must lift 50 lbs or more comfortably
