As a Field Operations Supervisor, your primary task will be to plan, coordinate, and execute wireline operations efficiently. You’ll manage logistics, personnel, and pressure control equipment, ensuring high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and control logistics and wireline operations

• Deliver technical operational expertise to clients

• Calculate necessary hydrostatic pressures and understand related volumes

• Manage pressure control equipment effectively

• Handle field invoicing and third-party cost recoveries

Requirements:

• Critical thinking and leadership skills are critical

• Must be prepared for a 24-hour on-call system

• Class 5 driver's license required;
Class 3 with Q endorsement preferred

• Mentor Operators in tool and truck maintenance

• Adhere to safety documentation and operational standards
