Position: Class 1 Driver for Oilfield Transportation

Become a Class 1 Driver for Total Oilfield Rentals in Blackfalds, focusing on professional transport of oilfield equipment. This full-time role calls for expertise in compliance and safety during operations.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary responsibility will be the safe transportation of essential drilling and production equipment. You'll perform vehicle inspections, manage loading processes, and educate swampers on safety protocols. Experience in handling winch tractors and knowledge of industry practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough vehicle inspections before and during trips

• Manage and secure heavy loads per manufacturer specifications

• Coordinate with dispatch for clear logistic instructions

• Conduct training sessions for swampers on-site

• Promote safety in all transportation activities

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 driver's license is mandatory

• Proven track record operating winch tractors and trailers

• Familiarity with oil and gas heavy equipment operations

• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours

• Ability to perform under outdoor environmental conditions
