As a Dispatch and Logistics Planner, you will report to the Manager of Regional Operations s role calls for strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth trip planning and timely transportation. Your expertise in logistics, particularly in the transportation industry, will contribute to making Cryopeak's customer service experience industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule loading of transport units accurately

• Keep customers updated on delivery timelines

• Support logistics planning tools for accuracy

• Manage driver schedules and customer requirements

• Assist drivers with daily operational challenges

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years logistics experience in transportation

• Proficiency in MS Office and electronic equipment

• Understanding of transportation regulations an asset

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
