As part of the Element Technical Services division, Essential Coil Well Service Ltd. is searching for Frac Operators who will operate frac equipment and assist in oilfield operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, has a valid Class 1 license, and seeks growth through continuous training while working a structured rotation of 14 days on and 7 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate frac equipment for oilfield tasks
• Collaborate within a safety-oriented team
• Follow established safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain compliance with required certifications
• Communicate effectively at the worksite
Requirements:
• Class 1 driver license with a clear driving record
• Valid H2S & First Aid certifications required
• Able to work well independently and within a team
• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry beneficial
• Must commit to a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule
