As a full-time driver reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll utilize your Class 1 driver's license for transporting loads. You must have a strong background in winch tractors and experience in the oil and gas industry to excel in this demanding but rewarding position. The role supports our vision to provide superior service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections before and after each trip

• Load and secure rig components safely

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and onsite personnel

• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues

• Supervise and train swampers when needed

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Class 1 driver's license

• Proven experience with winch tractors and trailers

• Familiarity with heavy equipment operations

• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends

• Capability to operate in all weather conditions
