As a Driver at Foundation Building Materials, you will operate company vehicles while supporting commercial and residential construction customers. The work includes pre-trip inspections, delivery verification, load security, equipment operation, and customer service. You will also maintain safety standards and support branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate trucks, flatbeds, moffetts, cube vans, and boom trucks
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip
- Deliver, unload, verify, and stage building materials
- Secure truck loads before departure
- Operate forklifts and equipment as trained
- Valid Class 5 license
- Minimum one year of consistent commercial driving experience
- Basic knowledge of building materials and forklift operation
- Ability to lift approximately 100 pounds using proper procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
