Teach driving skills in Red Deer as a contracted Class 5 Driving Instructor with AMA Driver Education, using coaching and feedback.
AMA Driver Education seeks instructors for its established driving school. You will provide vehicle instruction, follow Alberta Transportation guidelines, and help students develop confidence and safe driving skills. Training is available for suitable candidates without instructor certification.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality vehicle instruction following AMA requirements
- Follow Alberta Transportation instructor guidelines and policies
- Give constructive feedback on student driving abilities
- Support students becoming licensed, safe drivers
- Offer availability after school, evenings, and weekends
- Hold an Alberta Class 5 Driving Instructor Licence
- Have a qualifying licence for at least three years
- Ability to obtain a Class 4 licence
- Maintain a clean driver’s abstract
- Own a vehicle and cover required startup costs
