Warehouseperson Position at Brandt

Be a part of Brandt's success as a Warehouse person at our Red Deer Agriculture location.

Your role is key in inventory control and ensuring quality shipments.

This role requires working efficiently with parts and customer service teams to achieve fill rate goals. You will handle the picking and packing process, and maintain meticulous documentation for all orders. Forklift operation and maintaining a clean workspace are essential parts of your responsibilities in this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to meet fill rate targets

• Pick and pack parts while documenting shipments

• Load finished goods onto trucks for transport

• Inspect outgoing orders to prevent damage

• Keep the warehouse area organized and tidy

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and good attendance

• Physically fit enough to lift 50 pounds

• Preferred experience under minimal supervision

• Ability to operate forklifts safely

• Competent in outdoor work under varying weather conditions
