Position Overview

American Jereh is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support our Red Deer operations.

This role is responsible for warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics coordination, and material support activities tied to aftermarket service and field operations.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond transactional warehouse work and become a key logistics partner to service, field operations, and customer support.

What You’ll Own
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, staging, kitting, and inventory movement
  • Support aftermarket and field service operations by ensuring parts, tools, and equipment are available when needed
  • Receive, inspect, label, store, and organize incoming inventory and material
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipment records
  • Coordinate domestic Canadian, cross‑border, and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, inventory tracking, and ERP/WMS updates
  • Support trade compliance activities, including customs documentation and shipment coordination
  • Resolve receiving discrepancies, shipment delays, freight concerns, and inventory issues
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safe material storage practices
  • Communicate effectively with operations, procurement, field service, logistics, and vendors
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or material coordination
  • Experience working in oil and gas, industrial equipment, manufacturing, heavy equipment, or field service environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination
  • Experience handling shipping documentation, inventory transactions, and material tracking
  • Forklift operating experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple operational priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment
