Key Responsibilities:
• Manage order fulfillment and shipping processes
• Maintain communication with freight providers
• Inspect and process incoming products according to policies
• Pack and ship return products to vendors
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving spaces
Requirements:
• Prior warehouse experience in shipping/receiving is a plus
• Strong customer service-oriented mindset
• Reliable and organized with a positive attitude
• Excellent time management and communication skills
