Element Technical Services seeks a Shop Hand for its Red Deer Operations, reporting to the Shop Foreman. This position involves general warehouse duties, such as shipping and receiving, and moving stock via hand or forklift. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute general duties within the warehouse environment
• Manage the shipping and receiving processes
• Select materials from stock according to needs
• Operate equipment like forklifts safely
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the shop
Requirements:
• Industry knowledge is advantageous
• Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong team dynamics and communication abilities
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
• Experience operating forklifts and skid steers
