Hiring a Heavy Duty Working Foreman – Pro Spec Diesel!

This setup enables us to deliver a diverse range of services with competitive turnaround times, encompassing CVIP inspections, ECM tuning, and diesel engine rebuilds.

We are currently seeking a Heavy Duty Working Foreman who shares our passion for exceptional service, innovation, and personal growth. Recognizing the critical role a foreman plays in our operations, we value every team member and ensure their contributions truly matter.

• Directing and mentoring technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Handling technical questions and providing expert guidance on repairs and diagnostics
• Overseeing shop operations to maintain high standards of service

• Maintains diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements
• Experience in Engine and Drivetrain repairs
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
• Perform inspections, diagnosis, and repair of Electrical, Hydraulic, Suspension, Brake, and Air systems
• Ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or tasks
• Able to utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes and assign repairs
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles and equipment
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records associated with repairs
• Work with a high degree of independence and with a high level of productivity
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with assigned customers and vendors
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• 7 years of heavy-duty truck and trailer experience
• Specialty and Manufacture Training
• Class 3 license
• Automotive Diesel Experience, not needed but an asset
• Leadership or management training would be a valuable asset.
• Commercial Vehicle Inspection License
• Post Secondary Education
• Must have own tools and boots
• Proficiency in using mobile devices, navigation of mobile applications and email to document repairs and communication and the ability to learn new platforms
• Positive attitude, team orientated, goal and growth-driven
