Must be able to pass certification requirements to operate computer‑controlled equipment used in the process and fabrication of bond details and bond assemblies. Equipment includes autoclaves, ATLM machines, ply cutters, tow placement machines, 5‑axis and 3‑axis machines (Mag, Par, Komo, Water Jet) and any new equipment used to process or fabricate bond details and assemblies. The employee will select, install, and align proper cutters, zero in machine references, set proper cutter depth, and coordinate feeds, speeds, and cutter dimensions.
Select correct autoclave cure program, program shop floor equipment when necessary, fabricate shop aids, load part program and verify against the programming sheet, recognize improper machine functioning and take corrective action, use a variety of measuring equipment to check work and perform audit and inspection functions, make daily maintenance checks, maintain records, and refer unusual problems to lead or supervisor.
Additional responsibilities include conducting tests and measurements using specialized tools, interpreting autoclave run reports, formatting reports, conducting laser projection calibrations, performing particle count readings, driving quality first‑time yield, participating in root cause corrective action, performing inspections and self‑inspections, and validating work before presentation to inspection or customer. Not all duties are listed; additional responsibilities may be assigned based on need. 5+ years of relevant experience is required.

- Must be a U.S. person per ITAR guidelines.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or a foreign person per ITAR.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6+ years of experience required.
