Trillium Staffing - [Heavy Equipment Operator / Loader Operator] As a Rigger at Trillium Staffing, you'll:
Inspect and set up rigging equipment to lift and move heavy materials safely;
Attach loads to cranes, hoists, or other lifting devices using ropes, chains, and straps;
Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and work plans to determine rigging requirements;
Communicate with crane operators and ground crews to ensure precise load positioning;
Follow strict safety procedures and industry regulations to prevent accidents;
Maintain and repair rigging equipment.
