• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients the way they would like to be scheduled
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans, medical and prescription drug coverage, the Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)), and other benefits.
