Targeted salary range for this full‑time position is $87,500–118,100, with opportunities for advancement. Salary is determined by role, level, location, and market demand.

General

Purpose:

The Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing initiatives to develop and manage supplier relationships, mitigate supply risks, and ensure supplier performance aligns with company goals. The role collaborates cross‑functionally with procurement, product development, and quality teams.

• Build and manage a reliable, competitive supplier base.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with key suppliers.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively address supply challenges.
• Identify cost savings and manage pricing strategies.
• Evaluate suppliers through site visits and performance assessments.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve critical supply issues.
• Improve supplier performance using scorecards and internal feedback.
• Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Expedite back‑ordered items to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct site visits as needed.

Office environment, sitting for long periods. Frequent use of computer, keyboard, mouse, and camera. Occasional travel to supplier locations (under 20%).

Primarily office or home (hyflex). Focused on education and skill development. Occasional travel required.

Minimum:
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Proven experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation. Strong record in cost management and supplier performance.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Experience with MRP (Infor M3 preferred).
