Turn Your Customer Service and Mechanical Knowledge into a Marine Career
River Valley Marine is hiring an experienced Marine Service Advisor to join our team in Red Wing, Minnesota.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and keeping a busy service department moving. As a Marine Service Advisor, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and technicians—helping boat owners navigate repairs, maintenance, seasonal service, warranty work, accessories, and everything needed to get them back on the water.
We're looking for someone who understands great service and knows how to communicate with both customers and technicians. Experience in the marine industry is valuable, but it's not required. If your background is in automotive, powersports, RV, equipment, or another dealership service environment, we want to talk to you.
