What is the job about?You’ll be the go‑to specialist for drawing and documentation across Facility Service DK—from project design support on new buildings and projects to handover packages and operational documentation for existing sites. You’ll be the main responsible from Facility Service DK for our digital archive of building and technical drawings, champion BIM standards, and help implement practical digital tools that make our work smarter and safer.
You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders in Group Facility Projects, and our digitalization & data colleagues to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and ready when decisions need it.
Your main responsibilities:- Be the main responsible for and maintain Denmark’s drawing & documentation archive, ensuring it’s complete, current, and easy to use
- Act as BIM responsible for DK projects and operations; be the super user in Revit and Dalux (BIM & Documentation)
- Produce and refine practical design material; support DK Project Managers with timely drawings and deliverables
- Lead/coordinate authority applications and updates to official registers (e.g., B ; contribute to LER 2.0)
- Standardize file structures, naming, and metadata to drive quality and version control across projects
- Identify, pilot, and implement digital solutions that improve documentation workflows and compliance
Must‑haves from day 1
- 3–5 years working with documentation and 3D drawings for construction/facility contexts
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with BIM processes and digital documentation practices
- Familiarity with Dalux and the Danish B register
- A structured, analytical way of working and clear communication with diverse stakeholders
- Experience implementing IKT/BIM specifications and common data environments
- Knowledge of LER 2.0 procedures and authority applications
- Space management concepts within Facility Management
- Educational background in digitization for Construction/FM (e.g., Architectural Technology & Construction Management, Technical Assistant, Informatics, or similar)
