We are looking for dependable, compassionate PCAs, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to join our independently owned and operated home care agency.

We are recruiting caregivers in Red Wing, MN, and surrounding communities
, including:

Red Wing
• Hastings
• Cannon Falls
• Farmington
• and nearby areas

• Competitive pay based on shift length and assignment

• Weekly direct deposit

As a PCA/Caregiver, you will:

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care and support in clients’ homes

• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement

• Assist with personal care needs

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide medication reminders as directed

• Build respectful relationships with clients and their families

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members

• Arrive on time and consistently attend scheduled shifts

• Respect each client’s home, preferences, routines, belongings, and pets

We’re looking for caregivers who are:

• Kind, compassionate, honest, and dependable

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Strong communicators

• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes

• Ability to pass a state-required background check

• Ability to provide proof of or obtain a negative TB test

• Ability to use hands, wrists, and fingers throughout the workday

• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds

• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform other physical tasks required for caregiving
