Join our team es Hotel and play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional event experience. As an Event Server, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interactions, providing prompt and accurate service with a warm smile. Your dedication to delivering high‑quality service will contribute to our guests’ satisfaction and the success of our events.

• Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously, following management’s guidance.
• Execute service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision.
• Monitor guests’ consumption of alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in preparatory duties such as polishing and folding.
• Maintain cleanliness in event spaces and uphold health code guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to assist guests effectively.

• Previous serving experience preferred (three to six months).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• POS experience is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
