The targeted hiring range for this full‑time position is $57,600‑$77,800 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Production Planner & Scheduler collaborates with the Sr. Supply Planner for creating and maintaining production schedules that ensure timely delivery of footwear products while optimizing resources, materials, and labor. This role balances customer demand, raw material availability, and machine capacity to achieve high efficiency and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional partners—including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales—to ensure timely product availability and seamless execution across the supply chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, inventory goals and plant constraints.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure product availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or shifting priorities.
• Identify constraints and implement contingency plans in order to prevent production delays or shutdowns.
• Support product launches and phase‑outs with strategic planning.
• Contribute to supply chain optimization efforts.

• Ensure timely availability of materials through collaboration with inventory teams.
• Monitor and forecast raw material needs to prevent shortages or excess.

• Serve as a liaison between manufacturing, sales, and logistics.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly to all stakeholders.

MINIMUM

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
