Goodhue County Health & Human Services is seeking qualified applicants for a Licensing Case Manager. Specific duties for this position may vary depending on the needs of the unit, so we are seeking candidates who are willing to be flexible and learn a variety of programs. Additional duties within Social Services and Licensing Teams may also be assigned as needed. This position may include some of the following duties:

• Collect information to process applications for licensure.
• Recruit and provide orientation, support and oversight of applicants and licensed providers.
• Provide detailed assessments and re-assessments of homes to ensure safety and compliance with licensing rules and Minnesota statutes.
• Submit licensing recommendations to the state.
• Provide ongoing support for licensed providers.
• Completes thorough and timely documentation that meets agency standards, state regulations, and complies with all data practices requirements.
• Collaborate with community, regional, and state organizations as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure services to support families who utilize licensed programs
• Conduct investigations of licensing complaints, submit licensing recommendations, and monitor compliance of license holders

Bachelor's Degree in social work or related human services field and two (2) years of full-time work experience preferred as a Social Worker/Case Manager in a public human services agency and/or a private community services agency that contracts services with a public human services agency.
Or

Master's Degree in social work or related field may substitute for up to one (1) year of required Social Worker experience.

Required Social Work experience must have occurred after receipt of Bachelor's Degree.

County employees receive competitive pay and a generous benefit offering. The Social Worker position is compensated at salary grade 112 and starting annual compensation is $73,860.80 -$.
