The Role
Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting a Data Entry Clerk on behalf of our client for a 18 Months project in the North East. Based in the site office, you will keep project records accurate and up to date.
Duties Will Include
* Entering timesheets, attendance and labour returns
* Updating equipment, plant and material tracking registers
* Inputting inspection, certification and test records
* Maintaining spreadsheets and databases for project reporting
* Checking data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies with site teams
* General site office administration support
Requirements
* Previous data entry or administration experience, ideally on a construction or industrial site
* Strong MS Excel skills and fast, accurate typing
* High attention to detail
* Able to work to deadlines in a busy site office
