Position: Traffic Marshall (Temporary)
Traffic Marshall – Teesside

Dewey Group are currently seeking qualified Traffic Marshalls to join a large-scale civil engineering project based in Teesside.

This is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements and performance.

Role Details:

* Location:

Teesside

* Contract length:
Initial 3 months (potential to extend)

* Hours:

Approx 50 hours per week (potential for overtime)

* Additional opportunities for night shifts and weekend work

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely manage and control vehicle and pedestrian movements on site

* Ensure all traffic management operations comply with site rules and safety regulations

* Communicate clearly with site operatives, plant operators, and delivery drivers

* Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

* Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman qualification

* Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction or civil engineering sites

* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures

* Ability to work long hours and be flexible with shifts

* Valid right to work in the UK
