We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Redcar. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring young people to achieve their full potential.

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across your subject specialism
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and good behaviour
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies
• Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND pupils
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and pastoral teams to support student development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
