Inclusion Tutor Redcar and Cleveland New Chapter Tuition

New Chapter Tuition is seeking a compassionate and skilled Inclusion Tutor to support children and young people across Redcar and Cleveland. This role focuses on working 1:1 with learners with SEMH, ADHD, and those who have been excluded from mainstream education, using a nurture-led and relationship-based approach to re-engage learners and support positive outcomes.

Responsibilities (Inclusion Tutor)

As an Inclusion Tutor, you will deliver personalised support in settings such as homes, libraries, learning hubs or alternative provisions across Redcar and Cleveland.

* Deliver 1:1, inclusion-focused tutoring to learners with SEMH, ADHD and complex needs

* Plan and adapt sessions to support engagement, emotional regulation and learning progress

* Build positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence and resilience

* Monitor progress and communicate effectively with families and professionals

Requirements (Inclusion Tutor)

To succeed as an Inclusion Tutor, you will bring experience supporting disengaged or vulnerable learners in Redcar and Cleveland or similar settings.

* Experience working with SEMH, ADHD or learners excluded from mainstream education

* Understanding of the UK curriculum with a flexible, creative approach to delivery

* Calm, patient and empathetic approach with strong communication skills

* Confidence working 1:1 in alternative or community-based settings
