Teaching Assistant

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary and secondary schools in Redcar

• Support class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve learning goals.
• Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required.
• Help prepare learning resources and support planned activities.

• Competitive daily pay rates of £85 – £110

• Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable).
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable).

• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
