Up to £1000 per week – Salary based on experience

Connex Education is working with a popular Secondary School in the Redcar Area who are recruiting for a Maths Teacher to work full time

The school is very popular within Redcar and are currently looking for someone who shares their passion for education to carry out Maths lessons for key stages 3 and 4.

The school offers a friendly atmosphere with a motivated team of teachers focused on student progress. They are looking for a Maths Teacher who is hard working, resilient and who wants to make a difference to pupils education. The right candidate will be able to confidently step into the department and continue teaching the existing schemes of work.

This role will commence asap and will last for the remainder of the academic year

• must be 21 and over
• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
• PGCE in Maths or related subject from a recognized provider
• You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
• Have experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school setting.
• Be able to plan and deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 Maths lessons across ability ranges.
• Be passionate about instilling a love of Maths
• Have excellent behaviour management and classroom control skills.
