What you will do:

• Work collaboratively within the MASH Team to identify and respond to safeguarding concerns and risks.
• Conduct assessments and share information effectively with partner agencies to safeguard children and families.
• Utilize your expertise in social work to make sound decisions that support vulnerable individuals.
• Contribute to multi-agency meetings, sharing insights and recommendations that drive effective safeguarding practices.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
