Payroll​/Accounts Payable

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable local company to find their next Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable and purchase handling for multiple clients. They should be comfortable with data entry, have a basic understanding of accounting processes, and bring a light but consistent level of attention to detail to their work.

• $22- $25 per hour (DOE)

• Minimum of 1 year of payroll or related accounting experience
• Experience with accounts payable and purchase processing preferred
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus
• Strong data entry skills
• Light-level attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with payroll systems

• Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice entry and tracking
• Process and record client purchases
• Perform routine data entry and payroll-related processing
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Assist with general administrative and accounting support as needed
