O2 Employment Services is seeking a professional and reliable Front Office Receptionist. This position is full-time, regular role based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. They will be comfortable working in a busy office environment, handling phones, scheduling, and interacting with clients and staff in a professional manner.

Compensation
  • $18–$20 an hour
  • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
Qualifications
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with phones, scheduling software, and basic office technology
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Dependable and professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Greet clients and visitors and provide excellent in-person customer service
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar system
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
