O2 Employment Services is working with a local construction company to find an experienced Skilled Construction Laborer in Redding, CA. This is an immediate opening with the potential to turn into a long-term opportunity for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have well-rounded residential construction experience and be confident completing projects independently with little to no supervision. We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their workmanship, and has the skills to jump right in and get the job done.

Skilled Construction Laborer – Compensation & Schedule

• $30.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE)
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Immediate opening
• Potential for long-term employment

Skilled Construction Laborer – Responsibilities

• Remove and install exterior siding
• Complete interior and exterior trim work
• Perform painting, flooring installation, and general construction tasks
• Handle residential repairs, renovations, and remodeling projects
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Complete assigned projects independently while maintaining quality workmanship

Skilled Construction Laborer – Qualifications

• Strong experience in residential construction and remodeling
• Proficiency in siding, trim, painting, and flooring
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
