• Be the friendly face and voice that greets our awesome customers—whether they walk in or call us up.
• Keep our calendar and communications running like a well‑oiled machine.
• Help answer questions, update customer info, and keep everything organized behind the scenes.
• Chat with customers (and future customers!) about insurance options in a way that’s helpful, not pushy.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service and follow up to make sure everyone’s happy.
• Jump in on cool team projects and help wherever you’re needed.

• Experience in receptionist or customer service roles (you know how to keep things flowing!).
• Friendly, clear communication skills—you’re great at connecting with people.
• Ninja‑level organizational skills and the ability to juggle tasks like a pro.
• Comfortable chatting about insurance options without sounding like a robot.
• Basic computer savvy—Microsoft Office and CRM tools are your friends.

Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
