Service Advisor

O2 Employment Services is working with a locally owned, well-respected automotive company in Redding, CA that is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term position with an established, customer-focused employer.

Service Advisor Compensation and

Hours:

• $17.00–$18.00 per hour to start
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

• Interest in automotive services or mechanical work
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean or insurable DMV record preferred
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Prior customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries preferred
• Ability to learn point-of-sale and service scheduling systems
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service from drop-off to pick-up
• Create repair orders and communicate vehicle needs to customers
• Coordinate between technicians and customers regarding services, timelines, and recommendations
• Manage service appointments, walk-ins, and calls professionally
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Keep the service area organized and efficient
• Upsell services and products when appropriate
