General Dentist – Community Outpatient Clinic

A mission-driven outpatient dental clinic near Redding, California, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its dedicated and compassionate team. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on providing essential care to underserved populations.

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, digital X-rays, fillings, extractions, root canals, dentures, crowns, and other restorative procedures.
• Focus on relieving dental pain and improving oral health in a community setting.
• Work closely with a collaborative dental team committed to improving patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a supportive and respectful clinic culture that values team input and patient-centered care.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical dental experience is required.
• Prior experience in a community health center or FQHC setting is strongly preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to serving diverse patient populations.
• Must hold or be eligible for California dental licensure.
