Neurolog Opportunity – Mission-Driven, Physician-Led Practice in Northern California

At Catalyst Neuromedical Center, our mission is to deliver outstanding neurological care guided by the values of compassion, integrity, service, excellence, and teamwork. We are a physician-led, outpatient private practice in Northern California seeking neurologists who share these commitments.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and treating a wide variety of neurological conditions.
  • Providing long-term management and coordinated care for patients.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team of neurologists, APPs, and staff.
  • Partnering with Mercy Medical Center Redding’s BC Neurointensivists, Neurosurgeons, Neurointerventionalists, and Neurohospitalists to offer full regional services.
Job Requirements
  • Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, drive, and desire to make a difference in your community.
  • Open to general neurology and subspecialties such as neurophysiology, epilepsy, and neuromuscular disorders.

Compensation & Benefits
  • First-year guarantee: $350k–$400k (based on training/experience).
  • Practice ownership opportunity.

Pay Range

$168.27 - $192.31 /hour
