$250K Starting Salary | Outpatient Only | Mon–Fri, No Weekends | Northern CA
Jiva Health is growing across Northern California and seeking a full-time Allergist and Immunologist physician to join our outpatient team. We welcome both experienced physicians and recent graduates, and we offer H1B visa sponsorship.
Base Pay Range$/hr - $/hr
Highlights- $250K base salary with extensive room for growth
- Sign‑on bonus + relocation allowance (2‑year commitment)
- Outpatient only – no hospital or inpatient responsibilities
- Monday–Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm)
- No call or weekends required
- Team‑based care with NP/PA and admin support
- Focus on quality outcomes
- 401(k) with up to 4% match
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 8 paid holidays + up to 120 hours PTO (increases with tenure)
- 5 CME days
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- MD/DO, BC/BE in Endocrinology
- California medical license (or ability to obtain)
