As a vital member of our Northern California team, you’ll lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver complex highway and transit projects from concept through detailed design and construction. You’ll manage all aspects of projects, including schedule, budget, and quality, and support our business development strategy.

San Jose, CA;
Oakland, CA;
Sacramento, CA;
Redding, CA.

• Lead and monitor all project phases for highway and transit projects.
• Direct planning, design, and construction oversight.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state design guidelines.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to design teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within one year
• Minimum 20 years of project management experience on highway and transit projects
• Proven experience leading projects with public agencies
• Strong knowledge of federal and state design guidelines
• 10+ years of experience in business development and strategy
• Excellent networking within the transportation market across Northern California
