Job Summary:
The selected candidate will assist with providing Trihydro’s clients and customers with effective, responsive, and safe stormwater solutions. If you know Stormwater Management, you are familiar with the Best Management Practices utilized to protect water quality, and have an attention to detail, we encourage you to apply!
This remote full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management, strong communication and written skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage stormwater projects throughout Northern California.
- SWPPP development and Best Management Practices (BMP) design.
- Conduct QSD site walks and other required inspections in accordance with the California Construction General Permit or client requests.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Professional stormwater licensure required (e.g., QSD/CPESC).
- Experience with developing and implementing SWPPPs under the California Construction and/or Municipal stormwater permits.
- Capable of performing field work (site assessments) along with writing, problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables on schedule.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
- Written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, construction crews and project team members.
- Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to travel within Northern California.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $85,000 – $95,000
This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
