Kaleidoscope is seeking a high-level Billing Specialist to join our growing team supporting our largest customer. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives on solving problems, and brings creative, out-of-the-box thinking to billing operations.

• Manage and process billing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct comparative analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.
• Develop and maintain billing reports to support financial decision‑making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and improve billing processes.
• Leverage Excel (including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP) to analyze and reconcile billing data.

• Proven experience in billing, accounting, or related financial role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions).
• Experience in comparative analysis and identifying data trends.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
