Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in Redding, CA.
Work in an enhanced behavioral support home or community crisis home supporting individuals moving out of institutional settings, including psych hospitals, developmental centers, and residential treatment facilities. Our BCBA’s provide support to individuals who are dually diagnosed with an intellectual disability and mental health diagnosis in a residential setting.
Earn up to $115,000 per year.
Salary & Incentives$115,000 per year plus incentives, sign-on bonus eligible.

Qualifications- Master’s degree with valid BCBA certification.
- Two (2) years’ experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications.
- Competency in writing support plans and effective verbal communication skills.
- Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
