Mental Health Program Implementation Specialist – Independent Contractor
As a contracted PCIT Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) in California. This role involves building systems, overseeing provider training, ensuring compliance, and supporting training fidelity.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Oversight: Build systems and relationships to sustain training infrastructure and motivate providers.
- Provider Onboarding: Oversee selection, onboarding, and readiness of provider agencies for PCIT training.
- Implementation Planning: Develop and maintain implementation plans, including selection, readiness, capacity‑building, and barrier‑overcoming.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with state requirements and project procedures; provide documentation and data for required reporting.
- Training Support: Support PCIT International in tracking training activities and fidelity monitoring; facilitate online and in‑person training and certification preparation; assist with database development and reporting as needed.
- Project Management: Collaborate with PCIT International to manage timelines and deliverables; participate in project management meetings; partner with Executive Director, Project Director, Project Evaluator, and Expert Training Team.
- Master’s degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Familiarity with PCIT preferred.
- Experience implementing evidence‑based practices.
- Located in California.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Independent contractor; hours determined by earned compensation. Positions available as 0.5‑to‑1.0 FTE (approx. 20‑40 hours per week). Compensation ranges:
- $93,744 annual = $7,812 /month (1.00 FTE)
- $70,308 annual = $5,859 /month (0.75 FTE)
- $46,872 annual = $3,906 /month (0.50 FTE)
This role is a 1099 contractor, not a W2 employee.
