Invo’s Integrated Multidisciplinary Program to Address Childhood Trauma (IMPACT), unites experienced mental health and behavioral health experts to work collaboratively to support students to establish healthy behaviors and thoughts that will serve our youth throughout their lifetime.

Position

Invo Healthcare is developing an IMPACT team in Shasta County and we are looking for a dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team!

Invo provides the opportunity to integrate with exceptionally talented peers at every level. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work with the IMPACT team to incorporate best practices into the diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and service delivery process.

Requirements
  • Currently certified as a BCBA/BCBA-D for a minimum of 2 years and in good standing with the BACB
  • Ability to independently work as a BCBA with a variety of clients
  • Experience working with students with significant behaviors, such as physical aggression, verbal threats, elopement, property destruction, and self‑injurious behaviors
  • Experience supervising and leading other professionals in a collaborative team setting
  • Experience working in the school setting preferred
  • Ability to travel to and provide services in the home, school, and community settings throughout Shasta County.
What To Expect In This Role
  • Provide high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students across school, home, and community settings, including designing and modeling evidence‑based behavior strategies for staff and families in a trauma‑informed way.
  • Collaborate with the IMPACT Mental Health Clinician to determine student’s behavioral needs and develop IMPACT Support Plan.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments including direct observations, interviews, and data review, and interpret results to guide intervention planning.
  • Develop, write, and update individualized treatment plan goals and train Behavioral Support Specialists on the implementation of these goals.
  • Provide weekly supervision to 2 Behavioral Support Specialists in order to monitor student progress, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and provide clear recommendations based on trends.
  • Provide direct support sessions to students when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with school administrators, teachers, counselors, mental health providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary IMPACT team to promote consistency and aligned support across environments.
  • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to review progress, provide family coaching/training, and ensure continuity of strategies across school and home.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including assessment reports, treatment plans, session notes, supervision summaries, and progress updates in alignment with program and district expectations.
  • Manage an assigned caseload, maintain consistent communication with the IMPACT team, school leadership, and caregivers, and support smooth coordination of services.
