The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients to enhance their ability to perform daily living activities. • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately document all services and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Supervise and guide COTAs as per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes
• Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and professional practice standards

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
