Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

Shifts:

8 D Pay Rate: $2194.00 - $2260.00

Modules are required to be done before start of assignment. Modules take on average 3-4 hours to complete. TIME SPENT COMPLETING THE MODULES IS NOT BILLABLE 2 years experience in a healthcare setting required Required certs: BLS & NPI #
** Also needs a CA OT license
** HH requires a current driver's license & prof of automobile insurance.
***** We would consider a COTA with home health experience if there are no OT applicants.
***** four visits per day on average; combination of Evals and Revisits Coverage area includes north-eastern Sac into Folsom
